Refund policy

Our policy does not permit returns; however, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receipt of your item.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must remain in the condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send the package. Items returned without prior exchange approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the items thoroughly. If you find any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and rectify it accordingly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be exchanged due to hygiene concerns, risk of cross-contamination, and customer perception. These include:

·       Panties, Bras, Bodysuits

·       Lingerie sets that include a pair of panties

·       Sale items

Please reach out if you have questions or concerns about your item. Unfortunately, exchanges, on-sale items, or gift cards are not accepted.

Exchanges

To ensure you receive the desired item promptly, return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
